Website Terms
Last updated: September 2026
These Website Terms govern your use of the Dutycrest website.
Please read them before using this website or submitting an enquiry or Receivables Review request.
1. About Dutycrest
This website is operated by DUTYCREST LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 17001692
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Email: ops@dutycrest.com
In these Website Terms, references to “Dutycrest”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean DUTYCREST LTD.
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website.
2. Purpose of this website
This website provides information about Dutycrest and the credit-control services we offer to UK businesses.
Information on this website is provided for general business information only. It is not intended to constitute legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice appropriate to your particular circumstances.
Nothing on this website guarantees that Dutycrest's services will be suitable for a particular business, debt, customer account or situation.
3. Receivables Review
The website allows businesses to request a Receivables Review.
A Receivables Review is an initial assessment intended to help Dutycrest understand your organisation's current receivables and credit-control position and identify areas that may merit further discussion.
Submitting a Receivables Review request:
- does not create a client relationship between you and Dutycrest;
- does not constitute a contract for Dutycrest's managed credit-control services;
- does not oblige Dutycrest to accept you as a client or provide any service;
- does not authorise Dutycrest to contact your customers or debtors;
- does not constitute legal, financial or accounting advice; and
- does not guarantee any particular outcome or improvement in payment performance.
We may contact you after receiving your request to clarify information, discuss your requirements or arrange the Review.
Dutycrest may decline an enquiry or decide not to proceed with a prospective engagement.
4. Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through this website is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
If you submit information on behalf of a business or organisation, you should have appropriate authority to do so.
You do not need to provide a debtor ledger, customer names or individual invoice information when requesting a Receivables Review.
Please do not include unnecessary customer or debtor information in the Receivables Review form.
Submitting an enquiry does not authorise Dutycrest to act on your behalf in relation to any customer or debtor.
If additional information is required as part of a subsequent engagement, Dutycrest will explain how that information should be provided.
5. Managed credit-control services
These Website Terms govern use of this website. They are not the terms under which Dutycrest provides managed credit-control services.
If Dutycrest agrees to provide services to your organisation, the scope of those services, responsibilities of each party, fees and other applicable terms will be set out separately as part of the client engagement.
No managed credit-control engagement begins merely because you have used this website, contacted Dutycrest or requested a Receivables Review.
6. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- knowingly provide false, fraudulent or misleading information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment, systems or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other technologically harmful material;
- use automated methods to extract, scrape or systematically reproduce website content without our permission; or
- use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Dutycrest or another person.

Unless stated otherwise, Dutycrest owns or is licensed to use the intellectual-property rights in this website and its content, including its text, branding, graphics, layout and other original materials.
You may view and use the website for your own legitimate business-information purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or materially modify our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Website Terms transfers ownership of Dutycrest's intellectual property to you.

9. Third-party websites
This website may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties.
These links may be provided for information or convenience. Dutycrest does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that Dutycrest endorses the third party or its services.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy information of any third-party website you choose to visit.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to that, Dutycrest is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general information published on this website where that information has not been provided as part of an agreed professional engagement.
We are also not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by third-party websites or services that we do not control.
These Website Terms do not govern liability arising from managed credit-control services provided under a separate client agreement. Any applicable provisions relating to those services will be contained in the relevant agreement.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how Dutycrest collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, contact us or request a Receivables Review.

The latest version will be published on this website and will show the date on which it was last updated.
Your continued use of the website after an updated version is published will be subject to the version then in effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Website Terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from your use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes or claims arising from these Website Terms or use of this website, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
